The system consists of:
  • One (1) Enclosed track type conveyor, app. 600 ft lg. (2 drives system)
  • Two (2) In-line back to back dry filter paint spray booth.
  • One (1) Automatic–full recovery / recycle powder application booth with Eight (8) automatic and two (2) hand held electrostatic powder guns
  • Two (2) Automatic reciprocators with parts recognition system
  • One (1) Roof mounted combination paint bake / powder curing oven with forced air cool down.
  • One (1) Load / unload –packaging area.
